"Yago" was the 3rd Norwegian Forest exported to the USA on March 29, l980. She was bred to Pan's Tigris of Mycoon and produced the 1st surving litter. She was the "goodwill ambassador" for this breed because of her wonderful look and temperment. She was shown throughout her life and very actively in her "golden years" by her owner Susan Shaw. Loved those beautiful green/gold eyes! |

Many people are not aware that in the 1980's Yago's picture appeared on the Purina Special Dinners Cat Food Bag. She was their spokes -kitty for many years! I was lucky enough to have saved that bag to share with you! Sorry about the wrinkles!!! But it is a bag! |
